The Academy - Part Eight: CRA​

Although all members Private and above are encouraged to recruit new members, CRA (Confederation Recruitment Administration) is directly responsible for finding and recruiting new ConFed members. That's it, their main job, to keep a steady flow of new members coming into the Confederation. CRAs, if available, are also obligated to help Cadets that may have questions.

 

 

 

If a Cadet is found to be inactive or frequently misbehaves, it is CRA's responsibility to remove that Cadet from ConFed. CRA must keep an up to date Cadet list at all times.

 

The CRA branch ranks in order from lowest to highest are: First Seargeant, Drill Sergeant, and Commandant. Keep in mind that CRA members can only issue orders to other CRA members and not to a member of another ConFed branch. Cadets are not in any branch and are subject to orders given by CRA.

 

Promotions in CRA are based on how well you do as a CRA member and are at the sole discretion of the CRA Commandant. If recruiting is something you enjoy and you want to join CRA, you may ask the CRA Commandant if you can transfer there upon graduation from the academy.
