To start off i know that we already discussed the position of Domestic Adviser, and that it was your wish that i stay at admiral and we let NeonFire take back his old position. Having said that after much thought sometime away from SC2 playing EVE, and discussion with some of my peers in the clan i have come to the conclusion that i am still the best candidate for the job. I would implore you to reconsider by taking note of the following. 

I feel that i am qualified for the poistion. In my 7 years of service to this clan through four presidents, ownership upheaval, and becoming acting president for a few short weeks myself i feel that i have always demonstrated the ability to do whats right for the clan. Am i the most polite person in arugments? (Doadrift has helped me work on that) No not always but at the end of the day i do whats is right. Doing what is right is a major needed characteristic of anyone who wants to become CDA, as a CDA must act as judge in any and all clan trials. Here are some examples of "doing what is right" 

1. Obtaining the clan tag for YOU before thug could after i had been warned of his idea to do so, by himself. Not allowing him to become a president again was the right call, as about a month after he turned on us and stole a few high level members. 

2. In janurary of 2014 the clan was in dire trouble of falling apart, our keepers where in shambles, high levl players like jacobis had left for better things i organized an emergency meeting which you happened to pop into, and instead of letting it turn into a mutiny i offered to speak on behalf of the majority of the clan, and explain their upset with the current situation. The result led to good changes, the clan started its upward climb in both membership and activity. 

3. In may of 2014 i along with Oblivion helped create the Strength Pride Unity act. Because of this act we have allowed for branch commanders to have more free will, and because of this Fleet Admiral Doadrift has reinvigorated the UMC. It also gave a needed voice to JCOS members. This has been a positive and helpful improvement.




4. In September of 2014 i was given ownership of the clan, by oblivon and faded. This was a dark time for our clan, and i stepped up and tried the best i could to guide the clan in the next best possible direction. I even tried to get you to come back as President, you declined. I asked you to be my Vice President you again declined the ensuing election was about to be a popularity contest, seeing as i couldn't allow this i laid down some unpopular guidelines. I had serious reservations about Jacobis, and or StarTaledBoB becoming president. There actions have shown me that my judgment was correct neither one of them was cut out to run this clan. Jacobis didn't have is heart in it, and bob was, and is to immature. 

5. As acting president i streamlined the recruitment process which has been a complete success. 

6. As Fleet Admiral i created the Officer Training Program. Which now that we have working ships agian it has become apparent that is also works, as we have given new members who wish to help out a clear path to do so. I also fought hard for ships to return everyone was afraid of this, but now that we have them back ships, captains, and general non drydock order has been a success and given this clan again what it needs. I fought so hard for that to come back then that i was seen as some kind of traitor and kicked out in the middle of the night. Again i would argue that i was right. 

7. In February of 2015 i came back as a Vice Admiral. I was the first captain to complete my ships lore, and the only one too do it on time. I also helped other captains with lore for their ships as well. I have also attended every single meeting since then even the one that got cancelled because no one but me showed up. 

8. Recently i have been appointed to my local town planning board. This is a paid political position. If my town can trust me with matters of importance, then i believe his clan can as well. 

With all of those points we still come to the issue of the promise made to NeonFire. You told me that if he became active again he would be allowed back into CDA. Anyone who wants to be CDA must be more active then he is, or has been. I will not make this a who's dick is bigger contest but i believe i have been more active running events, awards, promotions, officer training, and more recently ship wars according to the stats page he didn't review one replay or issue any points. I talked to ZZZ and ZZZ stated he talked to him once throughout the entire event. He hasn't been active on the forums at all even though a ship in his fleet won. Ship wars in the most important event we do, he should of been on for it. 
You told me he did alot for you and high command. I am sure with the proper training i can do what ever it is he did, or could do. My only honest difference is that i work later at night. Having said that however we now have officers and active captains that should be doing the brunt of the events, and when trained properly there shoudldnt be many issues with the events and activies that go with the events being executed properly. I can promise that i will check the Ts, the website, and the community channle 2-3 times a day, and will deiicate most of my nights to the clan after 9 pm in the summer and probably earlier in the winter. On side note I have talked to karnage. He stated that NeonFire has no interest in the clan if giggle isnt around. Giggle will never return because we have Air and Yacht back. 

Finally you had reservations about me being skipped a rank. I understand this concern. However NeonFire, Darwin, and Remo where all skipped to high command from Vice Admiral or Admiral. In fact every single person in the last year to go into high command was skipped, Jacobis, Bob, Zmic and the others i listed above. I do not believe it to be fair that i must wait. Also i have talked to doadrift and in his own words he has to much he wants to do with the UMC before he wants to be promoted. He enjoys his position and i don't want to create pressure to have him promoted when he doesn't want it. To address the elephant in the room, I don't ever want to "coup" you from president. NEVER EVER. I want this position so that i can prove to my clan, and to you that i can do it. 

I hope you take this as it is intended and not a flame job on Neon. I just believe i am better and have deiced it is more important to voice my opinion.
