Over the course of the last couple days I have been coming up with a new way to issue awards. This system will work similar to how promotions work. You will create a new thread with specific information and it will be updated at a later date by myself. *Any officer (Ensign or Higher) has the power to issue awards* First please be sure to familiarize yourself with award criteria: Here. Please pay attention to the following format below, Thread Name: The reason for giving an award followed by the date. Examples: Arcade Night 12/1/14 OR New Recruit 12/1/14 OR Created new image for website 12/1/14 The title possibilities are endless. In the body of the thread: Write the name of the Award you are giving, followed by the names of people receiving that award. If you are giving out more than one award, list the next award and names under the previous award. Example: Confederation Star: Name1 Name2 Name3 Service Cross: Name1 Name2 Lastly after all the awards have been given out please sign the bottom of your thread so it looks professional. Example: Awards given by, CDA Zmic So at the end of the day this will be the finished product, Forum Name: Arcade Night 12/1/14 Body: Confederation Star: CrunChy GiggleSmirk Telos Rathead Service Cross: StartaledBob IMPORTANT: Service Cross's are to be issued to those who host/run the event. So if you host an event, be sure to give yourself a Service Cross as well as a Confederation Star when you post the awards. This new Award system will make awards easier and more streamlined. Event hosts can come to this thread after their Event has completed and post their list of participants to have awards issued to them. The primary purpose of SSA is to preserve and maintain the security of The Confederation from enemies both foreign and domestic. SSA has two branches, the first, "SSA" or (Stellar Security Administration) involves a lot of channel keeping and weeding out spies that attempt to infiltrate The Confederation. "SSA" is the MAIN division. The Second division, A-6 Security Commission involves classified activities which help ensure ConFed's security is absolute. Due to the sensitive nature of A-6, we can not disclose specific details as to the division, but we can say they do their job well and are accountable to the SSA Commander as well as all of the Clan leaders. You can not apply for A-6 we will come to you. You can however apply for SSA. when posting a promotion for a Cadet to Private, members are no longer to assign a Ship to a new Private. The Fleet Admiral, or whoever decides to update the post on the promotions board will decide what Ship the member will go on at that time. Additionally, the last promotion date that is posted here is no longer the actual date of the last promotion. The last promotion date will be automatically given when the promotion is actually updated by the Fleet Admiral/High Command. So basically, a promotion is pending and not final until it has been updated. However, we still want members to post the last promotion date here in the forum so we can keep track of dates that a member was spoken to about a promotion. Present rules are valid for the whole conference. Separate sections and forums of the conference may have their own rules which specify the rules of conduct in them. However, present rules are obligatory in any case. The rules are introduced to create comfortable and constructive atmosphere of communication. If the established form of communication doesn't suit you, then abstain from participation in this conference. I. Registration of users. By registration in the forum you accept present Rules. To register in the forum a user must provide an active e-mail address. We guarantee privacy of the provided information. Choice of a username (a nickname) is your exclusive right. The administration reserves the right to take measures for stopping a nickname usage, if its usage violates generally accepted moral and ethic standards and it is insulting for other forum users. Registration of nicknames, resembling the existing ones so that they can mislead other forum users, is prohibited. Repeated registration of one user, regardless of his/her aims, is prohibited. This violation is considered to be extremely serious and leads to the blocking of all accounts. If you do not display activity in the forum for a long time, your account may be removed. II. Rules of conduct in the forum. Communication in the forum is based on the principles of generally accepted morality and netiquette. Any advertising, including Internet projects (except for the cases of preliminary approval with the administration), is strongly prohibited. Your signature in the forum cannot be longer than two lines. It must meet the same requirements as forum posts. III. Message posting. Thread subject must be informative and reflect the core of the problem to the maximum. Before you create a new thread, make sure that you create it in the forum of the proper subject area and that this question hasn’t been discussed before. Creation of identical threads in different sections and posting of similar messages in different threads is prohibited. Try not to make grammar mistakes in your posts, it will give a negative impression about you. IV. Relationship between users and the administration. The administration follow common sense and internal rules of forum management in their actions. Discussion of administration's (forum administrators' and moderators') actions is strongly prohibited in any forums and threads, except for the special forum, intended for the discussion of all aspects of the whole forum work. The administration reserves the right to change the rules with the further notification of forum users. All forum changes and updates are carried out with the consideration of users' opinions and interests.
